What's Included in Space Rent
* We offer monthly, weekly and daily rates for your convenience. There are no refunds for unused time.
* $10/per day late fee.
* We accept cash, Venmo, CashApp, ZellePay and credit cards. Add 4% banking fee for credit card payment.
* Space rental rates include water, sewer, trash, WIFI and 20/30/50 amp electric hookups. 750 kWh of electricity is included and additional usage will incur a small utility surcharge.
* A utility deposit is required when the RV has over two HVAC units or more than two persons occupying the unit.
Laundry Options
* Onsite laundry facilities include coin-operated self-service washers and dryers provided for your convenience and are open between 6 am and 10 pm.
* Also available is a laundry service for an additional low cost.
* If facilities are unavailable, please contact Management for other local laundry options.

Pet Policy
* Two well-behaved pets are allowed per space. All pets must be on a leash at all times and pet waste must be picked up immediately. Failure to clean up after pets will incur a $25 fee for each offense. No persistent barking and aggressive behavior in pets will not be tolerated.
* Pets are not to be left unattended outside at any time. Texas law prohibits the tethering or tying of animals to any tree or fixed outside object.
Times to Remember
* Quiet time for the park is between 10 pm and 6 am. Loud, disorderly or unlawful conduct is not tolerated and guests displaying inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave immediately.
* Check out time is 12 noon unless previously approved by Management.
Housekeeping
* Each guest agrees to keep the space around their unit neat, clean and free of debris & waste - including cigarette butts and pet waste. We have several trashcans onsite for your convenience.
* No washing or major repair of vehicles or RVs onsite.
* No pools, alterations, tents or temporary structures allowed.
* If you take your RV offsite for any reason (such as for service, etc.), please do not leave personal items and notify us to retain your space.
*RVs cannot be older than 15 years and must be in good condition unless given approval by Park Management prior to your arrival. A photo is required if unit is older than15 years before approval is given.
Parking
* Maximum of two vehicles may be parked at each space. No non-running vehicles unless prior approval is given by Park Management.
* If space becomes flooded, do not park in wet areas and any ruts made must be removed.
Outside Maintenance
* Each guest is responsible for the mowing and weed control for your space if your personal belongings will interfere with the regular park maintenance. We are not responsible for any property damage or theft that occurs while at the Park.
* Fires are only permitted in fire rings/pits/grills and must always be attended to by an adult. Fireworks or explosives of any kind are strictly prohibited.
* No tarps or boarding up of windows/doors except for emergency or for short term, and ONLY when given approval by Park Management.
* Sewer hookups require a hose stand and hose "donut" or "L" connector.
Other Terms You Agree To
*The RV Park and laundry room may be monitored by a security system/cameras without notice.
* Illegal or illicit activities on Park property is strictly prohibited and violation will result in immediate ejection from the Park
* These rules and terms are subject to change without notice and by staying at the Park, you are agreeing to abide by them as set forth by Park Management.
Indemnity and Waiver of Liability To our Guests:
As a guest of Camp 380 RV Park, you agree to accept these rules and all other park rules. You agree to vacate the premises at the request of the Owners or Management if any rules are violated, and understand this is without any refund of prepaid fees. This agreement is under a HOST/GUEST arrangement and does not constitute a landlord/tenant agreement no matter how long you have parked there.​You agree to pay for services rendered (service hookups) for every day that you are a guest, whether hooked up or not, and according to the Texas Penal Code Section 31.04 (Theft of Service law), any guest that leaves without paying for site services or refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. Full payment is required up front and before services are provided and we will prosecute any violations.​ Guests shall indemnify and hold Owner and Management harmless from and against any claims, demands, costs and legal expenses, arising from any damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil unrest, acts of God, actions of owners, management, employees, agents or invitees, whether or not such loss was caused by the negligence of any of the Park parties.​ By staying at Camp 380 RV Park, you are agreeing to the Park rules and indemnity and waiver of liability.
